Shipping
We ship to the UK with Royal Mail for the fastest & most reliable service. Please see our shipping rates below.
UK Royal Mail Tracked & Signed + Free Returns (2-3 Business Days)
Please note, orders placed after 2pm GMT won’t be shipped until the following business day. Free returns are only available for mainland United Kingdom.
Policy Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase. For more help please contact: caron@bealiesadaptivewear.co.uk. You will receive a reply within 24 working hours.

Returns
In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
• The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date
• The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
• The item must be returned with tags and packing
We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect. To return, simply include the reason for your return and place this within your returned package.
All mainland United Kingdom orders, excluding orders including sale items, will come supplied with a free returns label.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns outside of the United Kingdom.
